Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld member of a molten Zn-based plated steel sheet excellent in weld zone appearance and weld strength.SOLUTION: There is provided a weld member by melting molten Zn-based plated steel sheets having a composition of a plating layer which mainly contains Zn and containing, by mass%, Al:1.0 to 22.0% each other, wherein adhered amount W of the molten Zn-based plated steel sheet per a single surface is 15 to 250 g/m, blowhole occupancy Br is 30% or less, sputter adhered number in a region with length of 100 mm and width of 100 mm with a molten bead as a center of 20 or less, a composition of the plating layer contains one or more selected from a group consisting of Mg, Ti, B, Si, Fe in specific concentration ranges and arc weldment is conducted by using an Ar-COmixed gas as a shield gas.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】溶接部外観と溶接強度に優れる溶融Zn系めっき鋼板の溶接部材を提供する。【解決手段】めっき層の組成が、Znを主成分とし、質量%でAl:1.0〜22.0%を含有する溶融Zn系めっき鋼板同士が溶接されてなる溶接部材であって、前記溶融Zn系めっき鋼板の片面あたりの付着量Wが15〜250g/m2であり、ブローホール占有率Brが30%以下であり、かつ溶接ビードを中心とした縦100mm、横100mmの領域のスパッタ付着個数が20個以下であり、めっき層の組成が、特定の濃度範囲のMg、Ti、B、Si、Feからなる群から選ばれる1あるいは2以上を含有し、シールドガスとしてAr−CO2混合ガスを用いてアーク溶接されてなる、溶融Zn系めっき鋼板の溶接部材。【選択図】なし
