Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a mineral material powder by wet type milling without including acrylic adhesive added for improving viscosity of mineral materials such as marble, chalk and lime stone in the wet type milling or other milling assistance adhesive, the mineral materials having excellent dispersion property to a polyurethane foam, rubber, unsaturated polyester, vulcanizate or the like and a thermoplastic polymer and a thermosetting polymer containing the mineral materials.SOLUTION: A milled mineral material is manufactured by a method including following steps. There is provided a method including steps of a) wet type milling by weight center particle diameter dof 0.6 to 1.5 μm in absence of a related additive in a wet milling step in an aqueous dispersion or a slurry, b) concentration or dehydration by solid percentage content of 50 to 70 wt.% of a dried article and c) a step of drying by solid percentage content of 99.8% in absence of the related milling agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1b 【課題】大理石、チョーク、石灰石等鉱物材料の湿式粉砕中の粘度を改善するため添加されるアクリル系添加剤又は他の粉砕補助添加剤を含まない湿式粉砕による鉱物質粉末調製方法、及びポリウレタンフォーム、ゴム、不飽和ポリエステル又は加硫ゴム等へ優れた分散特性を有する前記鉱物材料、ならびに該鉱物材料を含む熱可塑性ポリマー、熱硬化性ポリマーの提供。【解決手段】粉砕鉱物材料は、下記のステップを含む方法で製造される。a)水性懸濁液またはスラリ中での湿式粉砕ステップにおいて関連する添加剤の存在なしでが0.6〜1.5μmの重量中央粒径d50まで湿式粉砕。b)乾燥物の50〜70重量%の固体含有率まで濃縮または脱水。c)固体含有率99.8%まで乾燥、前記関連する粉砕剤が存在しないステップ、を含む、方法。【選択図】図1b
