Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion wind type liquid evaporation device capable of stabilizing an electric field to efficiently ionize air and forming an ion wind with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An ion wind type liquid evaporation device 7 comprises: a ground electrode part 31 formed so as to hold a functional solution having conductivity; an acicular discharge electrode part 33 extended in a direction intersecting the ground electrode part 31; and a power supply unit 21 for applying a voltage between the ground electrode part 31 and the discharge electrode part 33 to generate corona discharge.
