Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission circuit for an ultrasonic wave which suppresses excessive potential.SOLUTION: A transmission circuit 100 outputs a transmission signal with its amplitude changed step-wise. A plurality of output circuits (11P, 12P, 11N, 12N) controls a plurality of output timings of charges mutually different that correspond to the step-wise amplitude. The transmission circuit 100 is provided with a plurality of suppression circuits (21P, 22P, 21N, 22N) corresponding to the respective plurality of output circuits. The respective suppression circuits form a path of charges suppressing excessive potential of the output circuits between the respective output circuits corresponding to the suppression circuits and power supplies corresponding to the output circuits. Thus, the excessive potential beyond a target value of the potential can be suppressed each potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】過剰電位を抑制する超音波の送信回路を提供する。【解決手段】送信回路100は、階段状に振幅を変化させた送信信号を出力する。複数の出力回路(11P,12P,11N,12N)は、階段状の振幅に対応した互いに異なる複数の電位の出力タイミングを制御する。送信回路100は、複数の出力回路の各々に対応した複数の抑制回路(21P,22P,21N,22N)を備えている。各抑制回路はその抑制回路に対応した各出力回路と、その出力回路に対応した電源との間にその出力回路の過剰電位を抑制する電荷の経路を形成する。これにより、各電位ごとにその電位の目標値を超える過剰電位が抑制される。【選択図】図1
