PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of easily setting relevant to a graph displayed based on a detection signal from a detector by means of an operation made on the automatic analyzer.SOLUTION: A gas chromatograph has a display unit on a main body. The display unit includes a touch panel type display screen 111. A setting processing part executes setting relevant to a graph displayed in a graph area 113 on the basis of a touch operation made in the graph area 113 on the display screen 111. With this, an operator can carry out a setting operation relevant to the graph displayed in the graph area 113 on the display screen 111 only by carrying out a touch operation on the touch panel type display screen 111 provided to the main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】検出器からの検出信号に基づいて表示されるグラフに関する設定を本体に対する操作で容易に行うことができる分析装置を提供する。【解決手段】ガスクロマトグラフにおいて、表示器は、本体に設けられている。また、表示器には、タッチパネル式の表示画面１１１が含まれている。そして、設定処理部は、表示画面１１１のグラフ領域１１３に対するタッチ操作に基づいて、グラフ領域１１３内に表示されているグラフに関する設定を行う。そのため、作業者は、本体に設けられたタッチパネル式の表示画面１１１に対してタッチ操作を行うのみで、表示画面１１１のグラフ領域１１３内に表示されているグラフに関する設定を行うことができる。【選択図】 図６
