Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress manufacturing cost by using only one driving circuit for two reaction force motors and enable a control method by individually switching rotation directions of the two reaction force motors in a steering reaction force application device for controlling reaction force by the two reaction force motors.SOLUTION: A steering reaction force application device is applied to a vehicular steering device 1 including: a turning device 6 which is steered by a steering wheel 2 and varies a turning angle; a reaction force application section 3 which applies steering reaction force; and a clutch 13. The reaction force application section 3 includes two reaction force motors 8a, 8b and a motor driving circuit 21. In the motor driving circuit 21, each of the two reaction force motors 8a, 8b is connected in parallel with each other to an H bridge circuit 26. A switch circuit 27 is provided to switch the connection directions of the reaction force motors 8a, 8b by two switches SW1, SW2 provided on both sides of either one of the reaction force motors 8a, 8b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】反力を二つの反力モータで制御する操舵反力付与装置において、二つのモータの駆動回路を一つとして製造コストを抑えるとともに、前記二つの反力モータの回転方向を個別に切替えての制御方法を可能とする。【解決手段】この操舵反力付与装置は、ステアリングホイール2により操舵され転舵角を可変とする転舵装置6と、操舵反力を与える反力付与部3と、クラッチ13とを備える車両用操舵装置1に適用される。反力付与部3は、二つの反力モータ8a,8bとモータ駆動回路21とを備える。モータ駆動回路21は二つの各反力モータ8a,8bが互いに並列にHブリッジ回路26に接続される。いずれか一方の反力モータ8a,8bの両側に設けられた二つのスイッチSW1,SW2により反力モータ8a,8bの接続方向を切り替える切替回路27を備える。【選択図】図4
