PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management of an elevator.SOLUTION: A BIM system is formed by communicably connecting a first information processing apparatus including a control unit and a storage unit, and a second information processing apparatus including a control unit, a storage unit, and a display unit. The storage unit of the first information processing apparatus includes part information storage means, and multiple pieces of process management storage means. The control unit of the second information processing apparatus includes acquisition means and transmission means. The acquisition means acquires a BIM part of an elevator, corresponding to a process executed by the first information processing apparatus, from the first information processing apparatus. The transmission means transmits identification information common with construction processes and BIM parts of the elevator, to the first information processing apparatus, in association with each other. The control unit of the first information processing apparatus includes registration means. The registration means registers the identification information and the BIM parts of the elevator received from the second information processing apparatus, in association with each other, on process management storage means corresponding to the process executed by the first information processing apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】昇降機の管理を容易にする。【解決手段】制御部と記憶部とを備えた第１の情報処理装置と、制御部と記憶部と表示部とを備えた第２の情報処理装置と、を通信可能に接続したＢＩＭシステムである。第１の情報処理装置の記憶部は、パーツ情報記憶手段と、複数の工程管理記憶手段と、を備える。第２の情報処理装置の制御部は、取得手段と、送信手段と、を備える。取得手段は、第１の情報処理装置から、第１の情報処理装置が行っている工程に対応する、昇降機のＢＩＭパーツを取得する。送信手段は、建設工程に共通している識別情報と、昇降機のＢＩＭパーツと、を対応付けて、第１の情報処理装置に送信する。第１の情報処理装置の制御部は、登録手段を備える。登録手段は、第２の情報処理装置から受信した、識別情報と、昇降機のＢＩＭパーツと、を対応付けて、第１の情報処理装置が行っている工程に対応する工程管理記憶手段に登録する。【選択図】図３
