Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management of an elevator.SOLUTION: A BIM system is formed by communicably connecting a first information processing apparatus including a control unit and a storage unit, and a second information processing apparatus including a control unit, a storage unit, and a display unit. The storage unit of the first information processing apparatus includes part information storage means, and multiple pieces of process management storage means. The control unit of the second information processing apparatus includes acquisition means and transmission means. The acquisition means acquires a BIM part of an elevator, corresponding to a process executed by the first information processing apparatus, from the first information processing apparatus. The transmission means transmits identification information common with construction processes and BIM parts of the elevator, to the first information processing apparatus, in association with each other. The control unit of the first information processing apparatus includes registration means.
