Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a thiogallate phosphor having a large particle diameter and increased brightness, and a sulfite for a thiogallate phosphor.SOLUTION: The production method of a thiogallate phosphor includes steps of: preparing a solution (a-1) containing at least one atom M1 selected from the group consisting of Sr, Be, Mg, Ca, Ba and Zn and at least one atom M2 selected from the group consisting of Eu and Ce, and a solution (b-1) containing a sulfite; simultaneously supplying the solution (a-1) and the solution (b-1) to a reaction chamber to react in a reaction so as to obtain a sulfite powder containing M1 and M2; and obtaining a thiogallate phosphor by using the obtained sulfite powder containing M1 and M2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粒径が大きく、輝度を高めたチオガレート系蛍光体の製造方法、及びチオガレート系蛍光体用の亜硫酸塩を提供する。【解決手段】Sr、Be、Mg、Ca、Ba及びZnからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の原子M1とEu及びCeからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の原子M2とを含む溶液(a−1)と、亜硫酸塩を含む溶液(b−1)とを準備する工程と、溶液(a−1)と溶液(b−1)とを同時に反応容器に供給し、反応させる反応系において、M1及びM2を含有する亜硫酸塩の粉体を得る工程と、得られたM1及びM2を含有する亜硫酸塩の粉体を用いてチオガレート系蛍光体を得る工程とを有するチオガレート系蛍光体の製造方法である。【選択図】図1 |
