Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition that is capable of improving the prognosis after the return of spontaneous circulation even after the elapse of a considerably long period of time after the return of spontaneous circulation.SOLUTION: A gaseous medicinal composition for improving the prognosis after the return of spontaneous circulation is for a human subject after the elapse of at least 30 minutes after the return of spontaneous circulation following at least 10 minutes of cardiorespiratory arrest.
