Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smartphone configured to detect a touch position and touch pressure.SOLUTION: A smartphone includes: a display module 200 having a cover layer, an LCD panel located below the cover layer and comprising a liquid crystal layer and first and second glass layers located across the liquid crystal layer, and a configuration for the LCD panel to implement display function; pressure electrodes 450, 460 located below the display module; and a shielding member located below the pressure electrodes. At least a part of a touch sensor 100 which capacitively detects a touch is located between the first and second glass layers. The touch sensor includes a plurality of driving electrodes and receiving electrodes. A driving signal is applied to the touch sensor, to detect a touch position from a sensing signal output from the touch sensor.
