PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower, mounted with means to detect a temperature and humidity in a room, which prompts a user, even with operation thereof stopped, to take a measure when the user is in the room and the temperature and the humidity therein are not less than predetermined values.SOLUTION: A blower has means which performs intermittent operation of a blower fan at predetermined time intervals and detects an environmental condition and existence of a person even when the blower is in a standby state. The blower issues a waring when the person exists and the environmental condition exceeds a predetermined condition and informs predetermined contact to that effect after a lapse of predetermine time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】室内の温湿度を検出する手段を有する送風装置において、運転を停止している場合でも、使用者が存在し、かつ、室内温湿度が所定値以上になった場合に使用者に対応を促す送風装置を提供する。【解決手段】待機時にも送風ファンを所定の時間間隔で間欠運転し、環境条件を検出するとともに、人の存在を検出する手段を有し、人が存在し、かつ、環境条件が所定の条件を逸脱する場合に、警報を発する。また、所定時間の経過を待って予め定めた通報先に通報する。【選択図】図１
