Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise due to coolant passing through an expansion valve.SOLUTION: A downstream side passage 39 of an expansion valve 1 includes: a small diameter section 70 in which a valve hole 16 and an insertion hole 34 are opened; a large diameter section 72 for connecting a pipe connected to an evaporator. A plate 60 has a shielding section 64 which partially covers a downstream end of the small diameter section 70. The shielding section 64 has a height h of at least 2 mm or more in the radial direction of the small diameter direction 70 from a projection position of the opening of the insertion hole 34 at the downstream end of the small diameter section 70 and a width equal to or more than the diameter of at least a shaft 33 in the height range. The plate 60 is provided so that a projection range of an opening of at least the valve hole 16 is not covered with the shielding section 64 at the downstream end of the small diameter section 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】膨張弁を通過する冷媒によるノイズを低減する。【解決手段】膨張弁1の下流側通路39は、弁孔16および挿通孔34が開口する小径部70と、蒸発器につながる配管を接続するための大径部72とを含む。プレート60は、小径部70の下流端を部分的に覆う遮蔽部64を有する。遮蔽部64は、小径部70の下流端において挿通孔34の開口部の投影位置から小径部70の径方向に少なくとも2mm以上の高さhを有し、かつその高さ範囲において少なくともシャフト33の径以上の幅を有する。プレート60は、小径部70の下流端において少なくとも弁孔16の開口部の投影範囲が遮蔽部64によって覆われないように設けられている。【選択図】図3
