Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable securing of an area of a heat exchange surface, to suppress progress of corrosion in a heat exchanger and to achieve compactification, in the heat exchanger applied to a unit type air conditioner, water heater, refrigeration equipment and the like.SOLUTION: An air cooling type heat exchange unit includes: a plurality of heat exchange panels for forming an inside space having a reverse triangular cross section by a partition plate for forming a vertical surface, a tabular heat exchanger which is arranged with a front surface obliquely downward and a side panel; a pair of support frames for allowing the plurality of heat exchange panel to be arranged side by side so that the side panels are arrayed along one direction, by both side surface part lower ends of the partition plates of the plurality of heat exchange panels being connected; and a first connection part in which an upper end of the partition plate of the plurality of heat exchange panels is connected to an upper end of the partition plate of the heat exchange panel which is adjacently arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ユニット型の空調機器、給湯機器及び冷凍機器等に適用される熱交換器において、熱交換面の面積確保を可能とし、かつ熱交換器の腐食の進行を抑制すると共に、コンパクト化を達成する。【解決手段】本発明の少なくとも一実施形態に係る空冷式熱交換ユニットは、縦面を形成する仕切り板、前面を斜め下向きに配置された板状の熱交換器及び側面パネルによって逆三角形断面の内側空間を形成する複数の熱交換パネルと、前記複数の熱交換パネルの前記仕切り板の両側面部下端が結合されることで、前記複数の熱交換パネルを前記側面パネルが一方向に沿って並ぶように並列に配置するための一対の支持フレームと、前記複数の熱交換パネルの前記仕切り板の上端が、隣接配置された前記熱交換パネルの前記仕切り板の上端に結合される第1の結合部と、を備える。【選択図】図3 |
