Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degree of freedom of the adjustment of an attenuation force of a pressure buffer device.SOLUTION: In a hydraulic pressure buffer device 1, a cylinder 11 for storing oil is arranged. A piston member 30 which is arranged so as to be movable to an axial direction of the cylinder 11, and partitions a space in the cylinder 11 into a first oil chamber Y1 and a second oil chamber Y2 is arranged. A reservoir chamber R which is located outside the cylinder 11 in a radial direction of the cylinder 11, and in which oil is accumulated accompanied by the movement of the piston member 30 is arranged.
