PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbureter capable of improving workability and working efficiency.SOLUTION: A carbureter 11 comprises: a piston-like throttle valve 32 for opening or closing an intake passage 27 formed at a carbureter main body 15 while a throttle cable 14 being operated; and an arm mechanism having an arm part 67 connected to the throttle valve 32 and a shaft part 22 rotatably supported at the carbureter main body 15. Both the throttle valve 32 and the arm part 67 are stored in a storing part 25 formed at the carbureter main body 15, a first lid member 18 covering a releasing end of the storing part 25 is fixed to the carbureter main body 15, the first lid member 18 is formed with an opening 35 enabling the throttle valve 32 to be inserted therein, and a second lid member 21 covering the opening 35 that is formed with an insertion passage 34 enabling the throttle cable 14 to be inserted therein is removably attached to the first lid member 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】作業性や作業効率を向上することができる気化器を提供する。【解決手段】気化器１１は、スロットルケーブル１４が操作されることによって、気化器本体１５に形成された吸気道２７を開閉するピストン状のスロットル弁３２と、スロットル弁３２に接続されるアーム部６７、および、気化器本体１５に回動自在に支持される軸部２２を有するアーム機構とを備える。スロットル弁３２とアーム部６７とが気化器本体１５に形成された収容部２５に収容されるとともに、収容部２５の開放端を覆う第１の蓋部材１８が気化器本体１５に取り付けられ、第１の蓋部材１８には、スロットル弁３２を挿通可能な開口３５が形成され、開口３５を覆うとともに、スロットルケーブル１４が挿通可能な挿通路３４が形成された第２の蓋部材２１が第１の蓋部材１８に着脱自在に取り付けられる。【選択図】図３
