Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of an organic wastewater treatment apparatus capable of discharging after reducing the BOD irrespective of an amount of water flowed in from a confluent wastewater piping and a fluctuation of processing load, and provide an organic wastewater treatment system.SOLUTION: An operation method of an organic wastewater treatment apparatus including a first treatment series provided with a biological treatment tank and a settling tank on a latter part of a solid/liquid separation apparatus, and a second treatment series that can treat in parallel with the first series and is provided with a biological treatment tank and a membrane separation device, in which an operation is configured such that an ordinary operation mode is performed when a flow rate of raw water is smaller than a flow rate threshold value Qth and an organic component index of the raw water is smaller than a first component threshold value B1th, and a large flow rate and high load operation mode is performed when a flow rate of the raw water is the flow rate threshold value Qth or larger and the organic component index of the raw water is the first component threshold value B1th or larger. A ratio of the flow rate of the raw water into the second series to the flow rate of the raw water into the first series is set such that a large flow rate and high load operation mode has the ratio larger than that of the ordinary operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】合流式下水管渠から流入する水量や処理負荷の変動にかかわらず、BODを低減させた後に放流可能な有機性排水処理設備の運転方法及び有機性排水処理システムを提供する。【解決手段】固液分離装置の後段に、生物処理槽と沈殿槽を備えた第1処理系列と、第1処理系列と並行して処理可能で、生物処理槽と膜分離装置を備えた第2処理系列とを備えている有機性排水処理設備の運転方法であって、原水の流量が流量閾値Qth未満で、且つ、原水の有機成分指標が第1成分閾値B1th未満のときに通常運転モードが実行され、原水の流量が流量閾値Qth以上で、且つ、原水の有機成分指標が第1成分閾値B1th以上のときに大流量高負荷運転モードが実行されるように構成され、第1処理系列への原水の流入量に対する第2処理系列への原水の流入量の比率が、通常運転モードより大流量高負荷運転モードで大きくなるように設定される。【選択図】図3
