Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of suppressing reduction in a dynamic range of a detectable optical signal.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises a plurality of pixels 100 each including: a photoelectric conversion part 101 including a first electrode 201, a second electrode 209, a photoelectric conversion layer 205 arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an insulation layer 207 arranged between the photoelectric conversion layer and the second electrode; an amplification part 104 which is electrically connected with the second electrode and outputs a signal generated in the photoelectric conversion part; and a reset part 102 for supplying a reset voltage to the second electrode. In accordance with a voltage between the first electrode and a second electrode, a storage operation for storing a signal charge in the photoelectric conversion part and a discharge operation for discharging the signal charge stored by the storage operation from the photoelectric conversion part are alternately performed. During at least a partial period in a horizontal scan period for successively reading signals out of a column circuit, the reset part supplies the reset voltage to the second electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
