In the light-emitting tag 10, a CPU 13 emits a visible light including a color pattern corresponding to first identification information 11a from a light-emitting part 14. In an imaging apparatus 20, a CPU 27 receives, by an imaging part 22, the visible light that is emitted from the light-emitting part 14 of the optical tag 10, acquires the first identification information included in the visible light, and registers the acquired first identification information and second identification information 24a that is different from the first identification information 11a and is information for image recognition, while associating them with each other.
