Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate that has excellent flexibility and is easy to arrange an element and can be suitably used to manufacture various components such as a bio-sensor or the like.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a sheet that is mainly made of a high-polymer material and provided with a plurality of sites having different Young's modulus and in which the difference of the Young's modulus of the plurality of sites is derived from the difference of the degree of crosslinking of the every sites. The high polymer material is preferable to an elastomer material. The high polymer material is preferable to have at least one kind of a polybutadiene unit and a polyisoprene unit. The Young'modulus is preferable to continuously vary in boundary regions of the plurality of the regions. The Young's modulus is preferable to continuously vary in a surface direction in the boundary regions of the plurality of sites. The sheet is preferably provided with a site (A) having the Young's modulus of 0.5 MPa or larger and a site (B) having the Young's modulus smaller than 0.5 MPa as the plurality of sites.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、伸縮性に優れ、かつ素子を配設し易く、生体センサー等の各種部品の製造用に好適に用いることができる基板の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、高分子材料を主成分とし、ヤング率の異なる複数の部位を備えるシートであって、上記複数の部位のヤング率の相違が、上記部位毎の架橋度の相違に由来することを特徴とする。上記高分子材料がエラストマー材料であるとよい。上記高分子材料が、ポリブタジエンユニット及びポリイソプレンユニットのうち少なくとも1種を有するとよい。上記複数の部位の境界領域においてヤング率が連続的に変化しているとよい。上記複数の部位の境界領域においてヤング率が面方向に連続的に変化しているとよい。当該シートは、上記複数の部位として、ヤング率が0.5MPa以上である部位(A)と、ヤング率が0.5MPa未満である部位(B)とを備えるとよい。【選択図】図1 |
