Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device, etc. capable of maintaining more excellent power factor than the prior art even when loads having various rated power are connected.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 includes a PFC circuit 20 having a switching element 23 and a PFC control circuit 16b. The PFC control circuit 16b has a first operation mode in which current is applied to a light emitting element 4 having rated power exceeding predetermined rated power, and a second operation mode in which current is applied to the light emitting element 4 having rated power which is not more than predetermined rated power. In the second operation mode, the PFC control circuit 16b controls the switching element 23 to perform switching so that input current becomes a peak when the phase of an input voltage is a predetermined phase smaller than 90 degrees in a case where a phase at which the input voltage crosses zero is set to 0 degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】様々な定格電力の負荷が接続された場合であっても従来よりも良好な力率を保つことができる点灯装置等を提供する。【解決手段】点灯装置10は、スイッチング素子23を有するPFC回路20と、PFC用制御回路16bを有する。PFC用制御回路16bは、所定の定格電力を超える定格電力の発光素子4に電流を印加する第1動作モードと、所定の定格電力以下の定格電力の発光素子4に電流を印加する第2動作モードとを有する。第2動作モードでは、PFC用制御回路16bは、入力電圧がゼロクロスする位相を0度とした場合に、入力電圧の位相が90度よりも小さい所定位相のときに入力電流がピークとなるように、スイッチング素子23をスイッチングさせる制御をする。【選択図】図1 |
