Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production performance evaluation device of a machine system capable of performing a machine system design at high efficiency.SOLUTION: A production performance evaluation device includes: state transition definition means 11 for defining a state transition probability and an operation time between component states with respect to the component state defined by a position or an attitude which the component could take before and after the work process of a machine system; and route extraction means 12 for extracting a transition route from an initial state to a target state on the basis of the state transition probability and the operation time.
