PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a pedestrian at intersections and reduce the frequency of transmission times of a pedestrian terminal device.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle terminal device determines whether or not a host vehicle turns right or left, and transmits vehicle information including right-or-left turn information indicating the host vehicle turns right or left to a pedestrian terminal device if it determines that the host vehicle turns right or left. Then, the pedestrian terminal device determines whether or not a pedestrian carrying around the device crosses a cross walk on the basis of positional information on the device, and determines if there is a car turning right or left at an intersection on the basis of the vehicle information. If the pedestrian carrying around the device crosses the cross walk and there is a car turning right or left at the intersection, the pedestrian terminal device transmits pedestrian information to the on-vehicle terminal device, and if the pedestrian carrying around the device does not cross a vehicular road or if there is not any car turning right or left at the intersection, the pedestrian terminal device stops transmitting the pedestrian information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】交差点における歩行者の安全を確保し、さらに、歩行者端末装置の送信頻度を低減する。【解決手段】車載端末装置において、自車両が右左折を行うか否かを判定し、自車両が右左折を行うものと判定された場合に、右左折を行うことを示す右左折情報を含む車両情報を歩行者端末装置に送信する。そして、歩行者端末装置において、自装置の位置情報に基づいて、自装置を所持する歩行者が横断歩道を渡るか否かを判定するとともに、車両情報に基づいて、交差点で右左折を行う車両が存在するか否かを判定し、自装置を所持する歩行者が横断歩道を渡り、かつ、交差点で右左折を行う車両が存在する場合に、歩行者情報を車載端末装置に送信し、自装置を所持する歩行者が車道を横断しない場合や、交差点で右左折を行う車両が存在しない場合には、歩行者情報の送信を停止する。【選択図】図５
