Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projection device that suppresses a cover member from having a high temperature even if a light source has the high temperature in a light source unit having a light source and cover member integrally configured.SOLUTION: In an image projection device comprising a light source unit 50 that is configured to be attachable/detachable to/from a device main body via an attachment/detachment port 18a of the device main body, and projecting an image using light of a light source 51 in the light source unit 50, a cover member 52 of the attachment/detachment port 18a is integrally structured with the light source 51 in a state relatively displaceable relative to the light source 51.
