Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address the following and other needs: there is a need for compounds which can effectively penetrate a nail; and there is also a need for compounds which can effectively treat ungual and/or periungual infections.SOLUTION: This invention relates to compounds useful for treating fungal infections, more specifically topical treatment of onychomycosis and/or cutaneous fungal infections. This invention relates to compounds that are active against fungi and have properties that allow the compound, when placed in contact with a patient, to reach the particular part of the skin, nail, hair, claw or hoof infected by the fungus. In particular the present compounds have physiochemical properties that facilitate penetration of the nail plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】爪に有効に浸透できる化合物に対する必要性がある。また技術分野において、有効に爪および/または爪周囲感染症を治療できる化合物に対する必要性もある。本発明により、これらのおよびその他の必性に対処する。【解決手段】本発明は、真菌感染症を治療するのに有用な化合物、より具体的には爪甲真菌症および/または皮膚の真菌感染症の局所治療に関する。本発明は、真菌に対して活性があり、患者と接して配置されると、真菌感染した皮膚、爪、髪、鉤爪または蹄の特定の部分に化合物が到達するのを可能にする特性を有する、化合物に関する。特に本化合物は、爪板への浸透を容易にする生理化学特性を有する。【選択図】図9
