Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diabody molecules comprising two polypeptide chains associating to form at least two epitope binding sites that can recognize the same or different epitopes on the same or different antigens, as well as methods for using the diabody molecules in treatment of diseases and disorders such as immune diseases, infections, intoxication or cancer.SOLUTION: The invention provides a diabody molecule characterized in that individual polypeptide chains of the diabody molecule are covalently linked through a non-peptide bond such as a disulfide bond between cysteine residues, the diabody molecule further comprises a Fc region, and a first binding site binds to CD32B and a second binding site binds to CD79b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 【課題】同一又は異なる抗原上の同一又は異なるエピトープを認識しうる、少なくとも2つのエピトープ結合部位を形成するように会合している2つのポリペプチド鎖を有するダイアボディ分子の提供。免疫疾患、感染症、中毒、癌などの疾患及び障害の治療におけるダイアボディ分子の使用方法の提供。【解決手段】ダイアボディ分子の個々のポリペプチド鎖はシステイン残基のジスルフィド結合により非ペプチド結合型で共有結合されていて、Fc領域を更に有し、第1の結合部位はCD32Bと結合し、第2の結合部位はCD79bに結合する、ダイアボディ分子。【選択図】図13
