PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow communication with a communication device to be resumed within a short time when a protocol is switched during communication with the communication device.SOLUTION: When a protocol is switched, an access point BS stores, prior to that, a communication parameter of a communication device DT1 during data transmission in a communication parameter storage unit 22, and switches the protocol without performing a termination notification procedure with the communication device DT1.
