Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor capable of increasing a fixing strength between a bushing and a rotor yoke even if a size of the bushing is not increased, a process of manufacture of the rotor and a fan device with the rotor.SOLUTION: A rotor 10 of this invention includes a shaft 11, a bushing 12 fixed on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft 11 and a rotor yoke 13 fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the bushing 12. The bushing 12 includes a main body part 121 positioned at its central part, a receiving surface part 12aa formed at an outer periphery of the main body part 121 and having a receiving surface for receiving a part of the rotor yoke 13, and a pressing and fixing part 12b positioned at an opposite side of the receiving surface part 12aa while holding the rotor yoke 13, and connected to the main body part 121 for fixing the rotor yoke 13 together with the receiving surface part 12aa.
