Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exfoliation prevention method for reducing a materia loss, being eco-friendly, and capable of visually observing a structure surface even after construction since a resin film is transparent, besides being capable of preventing exfoliation from a structure by forming a high-strength resin film by one process by reducing work manhours.SOLUTION: In an exfoliation prevention method for preventing exfoliation from a structure surface by forming a coating film of a resin composition on a surface of a structure having a water absorptive inorganic material, the resin composition is provided by mixing a urethane acrylate resin and/or an epoxy-acrylate rein and a thickener with a two-liquid type epoxy resin composed of an epoxy resin and a hardener, and prevents the exfoliation from the structure surface only by forming the coating film of the resin composition, without coating a primer, and without adhering a fiber material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】作業工数が少なく1工程で高強度樹脂膜を形成して構造物からの剥落を防止することができ、その上、材料ロスが少なくて環境に優しく、且つ、樹脂膜が透明で施工後も構造物表面を目視観察可能な剥落防止工法を提供する。【解決手段】吸水性無機質材を有する構造物の表面に樹脂組成物の皮膜を形成し、構造物表面からの剥落を防止する剥落防止工法であって、前記樹脂組成物は、エポキシ樹脂と硬化剤とからなる2液型エポキシ樹脂に、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂及び/又はエポキシアクリレート樹脂と増粘剤を混合させたものであり、プライマーを塗布することなく、且つ、繊維材を接着することなく前記樹脂組成物の皮膜を形成するだけで、前記構造物表面からの剥落を防止する。【選択図】図3
