Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass plate with an antireflection film that has good appearance performance even when heating the glass plate in a state of having the film thereon and can be usable for various kinds of applications.SOLUTION: The glass plate 10 with an antireflection film comprises a glass plate 10, a first transparent high refractive index layer 20 formed on the glass plate 10, a first transparent low refractive index layer 30 formed on the first transparent high refractive index layer 20, a second transparent high refractive index layer 40 formed on the first transparent low refractive index layer 30, and a second transparent low refractive index layer 50 formed on the second transparent high refractive index layer 40, has a haze after heating at 600°C to 700°C for 15 minutes of 0.4% or less and a visible light reflectance of 1.0% or less as measured from the side of the second transparent low refractive index layer 50 in accordance with JISR3106. The first transparent high refractive index layer 20 comprises titanium oxide doped with zirconium oxide at concentration of 27 to 50 mol% and the first and second transparent low refractive index layers 30 and 50 are composed mainly of silicon oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】膜が付いた状態で加熱をしても外観性能が良く、様々な用途に使用可能な反射防止膜付きガラス板の提供。【解決手段】ガラス板10と、ガラス板10上に設けられた第1の透明高屈折率層20と、第1の透明高屈折率層20上に設けられた第1の透明低屈折率層30と、第1の透明低屈折率層30上に設けられた第2の透明高屈折率層40と、第2の透明高屈折率層40上に設けられた第2の透明低屈折率層50とを備え、600℃〜700℃で15分加熱した後のヘイズが0.4%以下かつ、JISR3106に基づいて、第2の透明低屈折率層50の側から測定される可視光反射率が1.0%以下である反射防止膜付きガラス板10。第1の透明高屈折率層20は、ジルコニウム酸化物が27〜50モル%の濃度でドープされたチタン酸化物からなり、第1及び第2の透明低屈折率層30,50は、シリコン酸化物を主体とする反射防止膜付きガラス板。【選択図】図1
