Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of reducing a burden of an observer when using an endoscope for observing the inside of a subject with 3D images, an endoscope system, and a control method of the image processing apparatus.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus acquires a left-eye image signal and a right-eye image signal having mutually parallaxes and performs image processing.
