Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce detection error of zero-phase current.SOLUTION: The controller of electric motor having windings which are independently wired for each phase, includes a control unit that controls the voltage applied the electric motor based on torque command value. The control unit is configured to have a first period in which a voltage pulse of zero-phase is output for outputting a zero-phase voltage to reduce a zero-phase current, which is calculated based on AC current of each phase, and a second period in which the current of each phase flowing to the electric motor is detected.
