Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-dissipating formed object which has excellent thermal diffusion effect than a conventional one.SOLUTION: A heat-dissipating formed object 10 comprises: a heat transmitter 14 that is disposed between a heat generator 16 and a radiator 12, and transmits a heat generated by the heat generator 16 to the radiator 12; and the radiator 12. The heat transmitter 14 is made from an elastic body including an elastomer an inorganic filler, and an area of a surface of the radiator 12 side in the heat transmitter 14 is larger than that of the heat generator 16 side. It is preferable that the inorganic filler is arranged toward the radiator 12 from the heat generator 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも熱拡散効果に優れる放熱性成形体を提供する。【解決手段】発熱体16と放熱体12との間に配置されて発熱体16が発生する熱を放熱体12に伝える伝熱体14と、放熱体12と、を備え、伝熱体14は、エラストマーおよび無機フィラーを含有する弾性体からなり、伝熱体14における、放熱体12側の面の面積が発熱体16側の面の面積よりも大きい放熱性成形体10とする。無機フィラーは、発熱体16から放熱体12に向かって配向していることが好ましい。【選択図】図1 |
