Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid capacitor with a low resistance.SOLUTION: A hybrid capacitor comprises: a polarizable positive electrode; a negative electrode having a current collector and a coating layer on one or each face of the current collector; an organic solvent-based electrolytic solution containing a lithium salt; and a separator. The coating layer includes: a transition metal oxide capable of reversibly occluding and releasing lithium ions; a polymer binder; and a conductive material. The coating layer is arranged (1) to include 3.0-7.5 pts.mass of the polymer binder to 100 pts.mass of the transition metal oxide, and 5.5-18.5 pts.mass of the conductive material, and (2) to have a thickness of 10-35 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
