PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus using a flexible substrate capable of being bent without adverse effect on functional device characteristics.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus according to the present invention, comprises: a flexible substrate to which wiring having an electric conductivity is provided; and an element which is mounted onto at least one of main surfaces of the flexible substrate. The element includes a terminal electrode, and the terminal electrode of the element and the wiring of the flexible substrate are connected through a conductive material. The flexible substrate has an opening region along at least one part of a connection part of the wiring and the terminal electrode outside of a region in which the element is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】機能素子の特性に悪影響を及ぼすことなく曲げることが可能なフレキシブル基板を用いた電子機器を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明にかかる電子機器は、電気的に導電性を有する配線が設けられたフレキシブル基板と、フレキシブル基板の少なくとも一方の主面に搭載された素子を備え、素子は端子電極を有し、素子の端子電極とフレキシブル基板の配線とは、導電性材料を介して接合され、フレキシブル基板は、素子が搭載された領域の外において、配線と端子電極との接合部の少なくとも一部に沿って開口領域を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
