PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress poor welding.SOLUTION: A separator welding device 70 includes an upper mold 71 and a lower mold 81 arranged oppositely in the vertical direction. The upper mold 71 is movable toward the lower mold 81. The upper mold 71 includes a heater 72 of such a shape as projecting toward the lower mold 81. The lower mold 81 includes a thermally conductive cushion material 82 projecting toward the upper mold 71. The thermally conductive cushion material 82 has the same shape as the heater 72.
