Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock-up clutch capable of preventing a cushioning part from affecting durability of a facing material, the cushioning part configured to perform cushioning in fastening of a multiple disc clutch.SOLUTION: An L/U clutch 5 is provided in a torque converter TC. The L/U clutch 5 includes an L/U drum 51, an L/U hub 52, a multiple disc clutch 53 having a plurality of first clutch plates 531 and a plurality of second clutch plates 532, and a wave SPG 55. The L/U drum 51 has a comb tooth 51a, and the first clutch plate 531 has an engagement part 531a engaging with the comb tooth 51a.
