Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control a fuel injection valve on the basis of a lapse time after fuel injection in place of a crank angle, related to the fuel injection on and after a second time.SOLUTION: A PCM 10 as a fuel injection control device of an engine which is employed to the engine 1 having a solenoid-type fuel injection valve 67 controls the fuel injection valve 67 so as to perform two-time or more of fuel injection for one-time combustion in a cylinder of the engine 1, and controls a valve-opening period of the fuel injection valve 67 according to an injection interval of the fuel injection. Concretely, when the injection interval is shorter than a prescribed time, the PCM 10 performs control for valve-opening the fuel injection valve 67 on the basis of a crank angle related to first-time fuel injection, and performs control for valve-opening the fuel injection valve 67 on the basis of a lapse time after the first-time fuel injection related to the fuel injection on and after a second time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】2回目以降の燃料噴射について、クランク角の代わりに、燃料噴射後からの経過時間に基づき、燃料噴射弁を適切に制御する。【解決手段】ソレノイド式の燃料噴射弁67を備えたエンジン1に適用される、エンジンの燃料噴射制御装置としてのPCM10は、エンジン1の気筒での1回の燃焼のために2回以上の燃料噴射を行うように燃料噴射弁67を制御し、燃料噴射の噴射間隔に応じて燃料噴射弁67の開弁期間を制御する。具体的には、PCM10は、PCM10は、噴射間隔が所定時間未満である場合に、初回の燃料噴射については、クランク角に基づき燃料噴射弁67を開弁させる制御を行い、2回目以降の燃料噴射については、初回の燃料噴射後からの経過時間に基づき燃料噴射弁67を開弁させる制御を行う。【選択図】図9
