Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a centrifugal rotary machine at low cost which satisfies necessary performance and in which resonance of a rotary shaft does not occur by changing a structure on a further inner peripheral side than a blade, without changing the structure of the blade of an impeller.SOLUTION: A design method of a centrifugal rotary machine includes: a step S3 of determining structure specifications of an impeller at each stage and rotational frequency of the centrifugal rotary machine, so as to satisfy a weight flow rate and an entrance pressure ratio acquired beforehand; a step S6 of determining an operation range based on a flow coefficient; a step S9 of determining whether resonance occurs or not, based on shaft natural frequency and the rotational frequency; and a step S3 of setting a boss ratio at a value higher than an initial value in a boss ratio setting range, when the resonance occurs. When the boss ratio is set, without changing the structure of the blade constituting the impeller, the structure is changed to become the boss ratio by changing the structure further on the inner peripheral side than that.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】インペラのブレードの構造を変更することなく、ブレードよりも内周側の構造を変更することにより、必要とされる性能を満たしつつ回転軸の共振が生じない遠心回転機を低コストで設計する。【解決手段】本発明に係る遠心圧縮機の設計方法は、予め取得した重量流量及び出入口圧力比を満たすように、各段のインペラの構造仕様及び遠心圧縮機の回転数を決定するステップS3と、流量係数に基づいて作動範囲を判定するステップS6と、軸固有振動数と回転数に基づいて、共振するか否か判定するステップS9と、共振する場合に、ボス比設定範囲の中でボス比を初期値よりも高い値に設定するステップS3と、を含み、ボス比を設定した場合には、インペラを構成するブレードの構造を変更することなく、それより内周側の構造を変更して当該ボス比となるように構造変更することを特徴とする。【選択図】図4 |
