Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently providing a slender, long and homogeneous bio-nanofiber excellent in a characteristic as nanofiber by low energy, from a material derived from a biomass-including organism.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of bio-nanofiber is provided for executing fibrillation-treatment on a biomass dispersion liquid composed of a chitin-including dispersion liquid of executing de-protein treatment and de-ash treatment, a chitin-including dispersion liquid of executing the de-protein treatment, the de-ash treatment and de-acetylation treatment or a cellulose-including dispersion liquid of executing de-lignin treatment and de-hemicellulose treatment. The manufacturing method of the bio-nanofiber is provided by combinedly using fibrillation treatment for executing a biomass dispersion liquid under the presence of a microbubble or fibrillation-treatment executed under the presence of the microbubble and fibrillation treatment of executing a biomass dispersion liquid of including the microbubble by wet crushing. The manufacturing method of the bio-nanofiber is desirably 50 μm or less in an average particle diameter of the microbubble in the biomass dispersion liquid and 0.1-15 wt.% in the concentration of the dispersion liquid in the fibrillation treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】バイオマス含有生物由来の材料から、ナノファイバーとしての特性に優れた細く、長く、均質なバイオナノファイバーを低エネルギーで効率よく得る方法の提供。【解決手段】脱蛋白処理及び脱灰処理を行ったキチン含有分散液、脱蛋白質処理、脱灰処理及び脱アセチル化処理したキチン含有分散液、又は、脱リグリン処理及び脱ヘミセルロース処理したセルロース含有分散からなる、バイオマス分散液を解繊処理するバイオナノファイバーの製造方法。バイオマスの分散液を、マイクロバブルの存在下で行う解繊処理、又はマイクロバブルの存在下で行う解繊処理とマイクロバブルを含むバイオマスの分散液を湿式粉砕による解繊処理とを併用したバイオナノファイバーの製造方法。解繊処理において、バイオマスの分散液中のマイクロバブルの平均粒径は、50μm以下で、分散液の濃度が0.1〜15重量%であることが好ましい、バイオナノファイバーの製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
