PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device that is capable of appropriately controlling charge/discharge of a power storage device without requiring periodic operation by a user and is capable of suppressing deterioration of the power storage device.SOLUTION: A power control device 100 includes a planning unit 130 that creates: a first plan, a charge/discharge plan in which charging a power storage device 330 with system power is performed until partway during an inexpensive time zone TM1 and, after that, charging the power storage device 330 with generated power until a power storage amount of the power storage device 330 reaches the maximum power storage amount during an expensive time zone TM2; a second plan, a charge/discharge plan in which charging the power storage device 330 with system power is performed during the inexpensive time zone TM1; and a third plan, a charge/discharge plan in which charging the power storage device 330 with only power generated by a photovoltaic power generation device 310 is performed during the expensive time zone TM2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】蓄電装置の充放電を、使用者による定期的な操作を要することなく適切に制御することができ、且つ、蓄電装置の劣化を抑制することのできる電力制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】電力制御装置１００の計画部１３０は、安価時間帯ＴＭ１において、系統電力による蓄電装置３３０の充電が途中まで行われ、その後、高価時間帯ＴＭ２において、蓄電装置３３０の蓄電量が最大蓄電量となるまで発電電力による蓄電装置３３０の充電が行われるよう充放電計画である第１計画と、安価時間帯ＴＭ１における系統電力のみによって蓄電装置３３０の充電が行われるような充放電計画である第２計画と、高価時間帯ＴＭ２において太陽光発電装置３１０により発電された電力のみによって蓄電装置３３０の充電が行われるような充放電計画である第３計画と、を作成する。【選択図】図１
