Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner processing apparatus and a manufacturing method of toner with which transition of an external additive can hardly occur even when a large particle-size external additive is added to the surface of a toner particle to improve durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner processing apparatus that performs processing on a processing target object containing toner particles and an external additive, the toner processing apparatus comprising: a processing chamber; a cooling jacket; means that moves the processing target object in a radial direction; and a rotor including a rotor main body and a processing part that collides with the processing target object to process the processing target object, in which the means that moves the processing target object in the radial direction is a rotor including plate-like blades; and the rotor including the plate-like blades is a rotor that generates a wind with a wind speed of 8.0 m/sec. or more and 20.0 m/sec. or less in the radial direction when rotating so that the peripheral speed of an outermost end of the plate-like blade becomes 44 m/sec.SELECTED DRAWING: None
