PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tank for efficiently cleaning a lot of chips in short time, and a dispenser including the same.SOLUTION: A cleaning tank used for a dispenser including a dispensation head having a lot of nozzles extended downward comprises: a storage vessel part 32 for storing a cleaning liquid; a division member 34 for dividing the storage space of the storage vessel part 32 into an upper space SU and a lower space SL; an upper space flow passage F1 communicated to the upper space SU and the outside of the storage vessel part 32; and a lower space flow passage F2 communicated to the lower space SL and the outside of the storage vessel part 32. In the division member 34, arranged are a lot of insertion holes H opened to the upper space SU and the lower space SL and inserting a lot of chips mounted at the tip of each nozzle of the dispensation head in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】多数のチップを短時間で効率的に洗浄することができる洗浄槽およびそれを備えた分注装置を提供する。【解決手段】洗浄槽は、下方へ延び出す多数のノズルを有する分注ヘッドを備えた分注装置に用いられる洗浄槽である。洗浄槽は、洗浄液を貯留する貯留容器部３２と、貯留容器部３２の貯留空間を上側空間ＳＵと下側空間ＳＬとに区分けする区分け部材３４と、上側空間ＳＵと貯留容器部３２の外部とに連通する上側空間流路Ｆ１と、下側空間ＳＬと貯留容器部３２の外部とに連通する下側空間流路Ｆ２と、を備える。区分け部材３４には、上側空間ＳＵと下側空間ＳＬとに開口し、分注ヘッドの各ノズルの先端に装着された多数のチップがそれぞれ上下方向に挿通する多数の挿通孔Ｈが配列されている。【選択図】図６
