Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration damping device which can suppress the lowering of vibration damping performance even if a stopper member is arranged.SOLUTION: A first liquid chamber LR1 and a second liquid chamber LR2 are defined by an elastic member 40 connected to an inner cylinder member 30, and an outer cylinder member 20, and liquid 60 is filled therein. An arm part is connected to a side intersecting with a paper face at a main body part 42 which contacts with the inner cylinder member 30 out of the elastic member 40, and the arm part is connected to the outer cylinder member 20. In the main body part 42, stopper members 50 which protrude from the main body part 42 are formed at both sides in a diameter radial direction DR.
