Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion device where maintenance operations such as exchange and check of a foreign matter removal tool can be easily performed.SOLUTION: Provided is an extrusion device 1 where an extrusion machine 2 of discharging material G and a gear pump 3 quantitatively discharging the material G discharged from the extrusion machine 2 are connected, including: a foreign matter removal tool 16 for removing foreign matters in the material G discharged from the extrusion material 2; and an insert 17 arranged between the foreign matter removal tool 16 and the gear pump 3 and also forming a communication flow passage 17c for feeding the material G passed through the foreign matter removal tool 16 to the gear pump 3. The insert 17 includes: an outer cylindrical part 25 fixed to the side of the extrusion machine 2; and an inner cylindrical part 26 in which the inner circumferential face 26b forms the communication flow passage 17c and further is abutted against the foreign matter removal tool 16 to avoid the movement of the foreign matter removal tool 16 to the side of the gear pump 3. In the conditions where the extrusion machine 2 and the gear pump 3 are separated, the inner cylindrical part 26 and the foreign matter removal tool 16 are removable to the material extrusion direction Da to the outer cylindrical part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】異物除去具の交換、点検等の保守作業が容易にできる押出装置を提供する。【解決手段】材料Ｇを吐出する押出機２と、押出機２から吐出された材料Ｇを定量的に吐出するギヤポンプ３とが連結された押出装置１である。押出機２から吐出された材料Ｇ中の異物を除去するための異物除去具１６と、異物除去具１６とギヤポンプ３との間に配されかつ異物除去具１６を通過した材料Ｇをギヤポンプ３へ送るための連絡流路１７ｃを形成するインサート１７とを含んでいる。インサート１７は、押出機２側に固定される外筒部２５と、内周面２６ｂが連絡流路１７ｃを形成するとともに異物除去具１６に当接することにより異物除去具１６のギヤポンプ３側への移動を阻止する内筒部２６とを有している。押出機２とギヤポンプ３とを離間させた状態では、内筒部２６及び異物除去具１６は、外筒部２５に対して材料押出方向Ｄａへ取り出し可能とされている。【選択図】図１
