Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening data management system that is capable of realizing not only determination of double fastening of a fastening member but also fastening inspection of the fastening member through simple function addition.SOLUTION: Only when it is determined that a fastening members has not been doubly fastened on the basis of the comparison of a peak angle measured by second measuring means 42 with a prescribed angle, double fastening prevention means 35 outputs a torque value measured by first measuring means 41 as fastening data each time the fastening member is fastened to a fastening target. Thus, when the fastening member is doubly fastened by a torque wrench 2, the torque value measured by the first measuring means 41 can be prevented from being outputted by correctly determining the double fastening by the first determination means 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】簡単な機能追加により、締付部材の二度締め判定だけでなく、締付部材の締付け検査を実現可能にする締付データ管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】締付対象に締付部材を締め付けるたびに、二度締め防止手段35は第2計測手段42で計測したピーク角度と規定角度との比較に基づき、締付部材が二度締めされていないと判定した場合にのみ、第1計測手段41で計測したトルク値を締付データとして出力する。こうすれば、トルクレンチ2で締付部材を二度締めした場合に、これを第1判定手段41で正しく判定して、第1計測手段41で計測したトルク値を出力させないようにすることが可能になる。【選択図】図2
