Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a conventional motor temperature estimation method, an estimation temperature cannot be calculated with sufficient precision.SOLUTION: A motor temperature estimation device comprises: a loss calculation part 10 for calculating a loss of a motor 12; a thermal time constant selection part 11 for outputting a thermal time constant τrc based on a speed command value Nref and a current command value Iq_ref; and an estimation temperature calculation part 12 for calculating an estimation temperature Ts based on the thermal time constant τrc and a loss Ploss of a motor 23. The thermal time constant selection part 12 includes a plurality of time constant maps provided for each temperature difference between an environmental temperature Ta of an environment in which the motor 23 is placed, and the estimation temperature Ts and mapping the thermal time constant τrc for each combination of the speed command value Nref and the current command value Iq_ref. The time constant map to be selected for the thermal time constant τrc is switched based on the temperature difference, and the thermal time constant τrc corresponding to the inputted speed command value Nref and current command value Iq_ref is extracted from the selected time constant map and outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来のモータ温度推定方法では、推定温度を十分な精度で算出できない問題があった。【解決手段】本発明のモータ温度推定装置は、モータ12の損失を算出する損失計算部10と、速度指令値Nrefと電流指令値Iq_refとに基づき熱時定数τrcを出力する熱時定数選択部11と、熱時定数τrcとモータ23の損失Plossとに基づき推定温度Tsを算出する推定温度算出部12と、を有し、熱時定数選択部12は、モータ23が置かれる環境の環境温度Taと、推定温度Tsと、の温度差毎に設けられ、それぞれが速度指令値Nrefと電流指令値Iq_refとの組み合わせ毎に熱時定数τrcをマッピングした複数の時定数マップを有し、温度差に基づき熱時定数τrcを選択する時定数マップを切り替え、入力される速度指令値Nrefと電流指令値Iq_refに対応する熱時定数τrcを選択した時定数マップから抽出して出力する。【選択図】図1 |
