Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window solar cell module which has a higher heat insulating effect compared to the conventional art, and a window using the window solar cell module.SOLUTION: A solar cell panel 10 capable of transmitting light and a first translucent plate 11 are provided. The solar cell panel 10 is independent from the first translucent plate member 11, and faces the first translucent plate 11 with a predetermined space therebetween to satisfy the following condition (1) or (2). (1) Most of a space 30 between the solar cell panel 10 and the first translucent plate 11 is filled with gas.
