PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing encoding or decoding processing related to saturation components using intra-prediction.SOLUTION: A method for performing encoding or decoding processing comprises: a step 11 of extracting first information from one bit stream; a step 12 of determining an intra-prediction mode related to saturation components according to the first information; a step 13 of extracting second information from the one bit stream when the intra-prediction mode related to the saturation components cannot be determined according to the first information; and a step 14 of determining the intra-prediction mode related to the saturation components according to the second information. The first information contains information indicating whether the intra-prediction mode related to the saturation components is a DM mode or an LM mode.
