Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an image suitable for estimation of a pulse while suppressing increase of the data amount of the image by properly executing data compression processing of the image.SOLUTION: An image processing device 2 includes a data compression processor 16 for executing data compression processing based on inter-frame prediction on an input captured image, and an operation mode selection unit 17 capable of selecting either a first operation mode for normal imaging or a second operation mode for pulse estimation based on an instruction from a user.
