PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor module which is small-sized and shortens a path of noise from a first conductor to a second conductor via a capacitor element.SOLUTION: A capacitor module 10 comprises a package 26, a capacitor 28, a first lead part 12 and a second lead part 14. The package 26 is made of an insulator and held between a first conductor and a second conductor that are fastened by a bolt 24, and includes a through-hole 40 that the bolt passes. The capacitor 28 is embedded in the package 26 around the through-hole 40 and includes electrodes at both sides of the through-hole 40 in an axial direction. One end of the first lead part 12 (the second lead part 14) is connected to one (another) electrode of the capacitor 28 within the package 26 and exposed from the package 26 at the same side as the one (the other) electrode. The exposed portion is conducted with the first conductor (the second conductor).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】小型であり、コンデンサ素子を経由する第１導体から第２導体までのノイズの経路が短くて済むコンデンサモジュールを提供する。【解決手段】本明細書で開示するコンデンサモジュール１０は、パッケージ２６と、コンデンサ２８と、第１リード部１２及び第２リード部１４を備える。パッケージ２６は、絶縁体で作られており、ボルト２４で締結される第１導体と第２導体の間に挟まれており、そのボルトが通る貫通孔４０を有している。コンデンサ２８は、貫通孔４０の周囲でパッケージ２６に埋設されており、貫通孔４０の軸線方向の両側に電極を備える。第１リード部１２（第２リード部１４）は、一端がパッケージ２６の内部でコンデンサ２８の一方（他方）の電極に接続されているとともに、一方（他方）の電極と同じ側でパッケージ２６から露出している。露出している部分が第１導体（第２導体）と導通する。【選択図】図４
